The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our check-in and check-out process smooth. The room wassuper clean and cozy, with all the necessary amenities such as free WiFi, a large tv, and air conditioning.
The breakfast provided at the hotel was not up to standard. Some of the food on the buffet was not warm, particularly the hash browns which were stone cold.

Room was upgraded to one with a great view of Sydney harbour. Prompt and pleasant room service. Staff at reception during early check-in were very friendly. Great breakfast with plenty of choices. Quick check-in and check-out. The concierge was helpful. Good spacey room. Gym, although small, was maintained and clean.

I recently stayed at a great hotel that had everything I needed. The location was so convenient, as it was in walking distance to everything I wanted to visit. The room service was amazing and they even made special arrangements for me to park my car. The staff here went above and beyond to give the most exceptional service I have ever received, they truly made me feel valued. The room was beautifully decorated with all the necessary amenities such as in-room safe, sink, and free toiletries. The hotel even had a steam room, sauna, sun terrace, and fitness centre for my leisure time.
I can confidently recommend this hotel to my family and friends without any hesitation.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Museum train station, making it easy to travel around the city. It is also close to popular attractions such as the opera house, which is only a 10-minute walk away. The rooms are comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant stay. the staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a good level of service.

The location next to Hyde Park and a charming café nearby was lovely. It was a bit of a walk to where I needed to be, but the price dictated my choice. The hotel was also not far from the Museum train station and pretty central to everything I needed.
